Cryovac Division of W.R. Grace & Co. has redesigned and reformulated its line of multilayer films for meat and poultry products. The CN series offers six films in both barrier and nonbarrier configurations for shrink applications to food, said Chuck Jolley, director of market and press relations for Cryovac of Duncan, S.C. The films are customized for cook-and-strip, cook-and-ship and cook-in bag applications.
``Most of the films have been available for a number of years,'' he said. ``We have recently updated and reworked them.''
