MISSISSAUGA, ONTARIO - Vinyl compound producer Synergistics Industries Ltd. of Mississauga on Feb. 28 announced several personnel appointments: Ralph Noble, a co-founder of the business who served as chief executive officer since 1983, was named chairman.
Kim Aagaard, who was a division president, chief financial officer and secretary, was named president and CEO.
Rehault Duteau was named executive vice president.
Other appointments include:
Zenas Crocker to senior vice president, technology licensing and investor relations, and secretary of the comany.
Nelson Wright, senior vice president, environment and technology.
Neil Gibson, vice president and chief financial officer.
Kevin Banks, vice president-compound manufacturing.
The changes took effect Jan. 1.
