SAN DIEGO - Companies interested in operating or forming joint ventures in Mexico are the target audience for MexCon '96, the annual manufacturing in Mexico conference. The event is scheduled for March 25-27 at the Hotel del Coronado in San Diego. Case studies and presentation topics will include how to import products into the United States from Mexico, outsourcing strategies for manufacturing in Mexico, environmental obligations, how to achieve a successful strategic alliance and meeting the union challenge at maquiladoras.
