FLEXAUST CO. INC. - Steven Davis was named sales representative, South-Central region, for the Warsaw, Ind., maker of flexible hose and ducting products.
GRUPO CELA-NESE SA - Thomas Mohr was named general manager of the Monterrey, Mexico, petrochemicals, fibers and plastics packaging subsidiary of German group Hoechst AG. Formerly Hoechst's general manager for Central America/Caribbean in Guatemala, Mohr succeeds Edward Mu¤oz, who was promoted to president of the pigments division of the Hoechst group in Frankfurt, Germany.
IPL INC. - Jean-Yves Bacle, vice president of marketing and sales, has been appointed to the board of directors of the Quebec injection and extrusion molding firm.
LAMSON & SESSIONS - Norman Sutterer was appointed a corporate vice president at the Cleve-land manufacturer of thermoplastic conduit and pipe, wiring devices and accessories. He will continue to serve as vice president of Carlon Telecom Systems, a Lamson & Sessions unit.
NYLOK FASTENER CORP. - George Moreland was named manufacturing manager for the Rockville Centre, N.Y., firm's manufacturing center in Carson, Calif.
OCCIDENTAL CHEMICAL CORP. -William Carroll Jr. was named vice president, chloro-vinyl is-sues, for the Dallas-based company. Fredric Sacks was named sales director for the vinyl business. He previously served as marketing director. Martin White, formerly general manager-Chile, was appointed director of marketing. Michael Hassett is now general manager-Chile.

STYLETTE - Richard Martz was named president of the Oakdale, Pa., consumer products maker. He succeeds Charles Goetz, who retired after more than 40 years with the company.

ULTRA PAC INC. - The Minnea-polis food packaging maker announced that Dennis Hogan, vice president of operations, has left the company as a result of ``slower-than-anticipated growth, combined with recent challenges in manufacturing and other areas.'' He joined the company in 1994 as operations director.
