MONTREAL - Intertape Polymer Group Inc.'s board of directors approved a plan to split the company's common shares on a two-for-one basis, the firm announced April 10. Shareholders will vote on the plan at Intertape's annual meeting scheduled for May 21. The Montreal packaging firm's closing share price on April 10 was C$52 (US$38.32), unchanged. Its 52-week high and low prices were C$53 (US$39.06) and C$27 (US$19.90), respectively.
