HOECHST FIBERS WORLDWIDE-Siegmar Bieber was named president of the Frankfurt, Germany, firm's polyester film unit. He was managing director, Hoechst Portugal.

LAMSON & SESSIONS - Tim Hibbard was named vice president and controller for the Cleveland manufacturer of thermoplastic enclosures, fittings, conduit and pipe, and wiring devices.
MCCAWLEY PRECISION MACHINE CORP. - Donald Overturf was named chief financial officer of the Kent, Wash.-based injection molder of products for recreational, electronics, medical and industrial markets.

TRINOVA CORP. - The Maumee, Ohio, manufacturer of engineered components named John Weber president of its Vickers Inc. subsidiary. Weber, who was executive vice president, succeeds James McKee, who retired. Trinova serves the aerospace, defense and automotive industries.
