An Engineer in the Courtroom looks at the various roles engineers play in liability litigation. Recently released from the Society of Automotive Engineers Inc., the book is designed to help engineers involved in product design or consulting deal with litigation matters, such as product liability and accident investigation cases, both in and out of the courtroom.
