FITCHBURG, MASS. - Norman J. Rocheleau, 66, former president of Rocheleau Tool & Die Co. Inc., died June 3. He had stomach cancer. He had retired Dec. 31, 1994, from the Fitchburg manufacturer of blow molding machines.
Rocheleau Tool & Die was founded in 1938 by his father, Leopold Rocheleau, as a tool and die shop. The company began making plastics machinery in the early 1960s. At first, the firm made both injection molding machines and blow molding machines, but after a few years centered on only blow molders, according to Steven Rocheleau, manager of sales and marketing and the nephew of Norman Rocheleau. Norman's brother, Roland Rocheleau, is president of the company.
