EVANSVILLE, IND. - Nova Polymers Inc. has completed its third expansion, and has installed three single-screw extrusion lines to increase production of its line of custom-colored thermoplastic olefins and thermoplastic vulcanizates. Nova built a 14,000-square-foot addition to its Evansville facilities to house the three new production lines. The company now has a 50,000-square-foot facility. It is based in Evansville.
Roger Chapman, president of Nova Polymers, said the expansion is his company's third in four years.
Nova produces a proprietary line of TPOs and TPVs, and custom color concentrates and precolored compounds for thermoplastic rubbers. The company also makes custom color lots of polycarbonate, ABS and other engineering resins. Nova produces concentrates and precolored resins in lot sizes of 4,000-5,000 pounds.
