TOLEDO, OHIO - Owens Corning has announced a number of executive changes. The Toledo- based manufacturer of composites and building materials has named Heinz-J. Otto president of the composites business. He succeeds Efthimios Vidalis, who was named president, insulation-North America.
Alan Booth, who held the insulation position, was ap-pointed to the newly created job of process executive, customer service.
Rick DiPasquale was named president of the Latin America business unit.
He replaces Charles Bland, who is leaving ``to pursue an entrepreneurial opportunity,'' the company said in a news release.
Bradford Oelman was promoted to senior vice president, government and public affairs.
He had been vice president of corporate relations since 1986.
