LEAR CORP. — The Southfield, Mich., automotive interior component supplier promoted three executive officers: Robert Rossiter was named president and chief operating officer, international operations. He will be based in Frankfurt, Germany. James Vandenberghe was named president and chief operating officer, North American operations, a new position. Donald Stebbins was named senior vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer.
MATRIX INC. — Robert Furst was named technology director of the East Providence, R.I., injection molder. He had been a research engineer with Torrington Co. in Torrington, Conn.
PENDA CORP. — Daniel Braun resigned as president and chief executive officer of the Portage, Wis., manufacturer of pickup truck bedliners and accessories. Gary Witt, vice president of marketing and administration, and Scot Harvey, vice president of operations, were named co-general managers. The company said its board has begun a search for a replacement for Braun, who is pursuing other opportunities.
