CHICAGO — Tenor Controls Co. of New Berlin, Wis., has agreed to market Gefran SpA's industrial sensors and controls in the United States and Canada.
Gefran of Provaglio, Italy, makes melt-pressure transducers, linear-displacement transducers, load cells and instruments that include temperature controllers and indicators, timers and counters.
Tenor Controls makes industrial control system parts, including electromechanical and electronic timers, temperature controllers, counters, function indicating lights and a full range of sensors.
Tenor displayed its equipment at NPE 1997, held June 16-20 in Chicago. The highlight of the booth was its Model 655 solid-state timer for injection molding applications, which will replace 32 different electromechanical timers in a direct retrofit, the firm said.
