A Page 51 story in the Oct. 13 issue should have said that a significant portion of Process Control Corp.'s current blending products infringed on technology covered in HydReclaim Corp.'s patent lawsuit. A federal court found the infringement was willful.
Because of a math error, a Page 6, Sept. 8 story greatly inflated German plastics and rubber machinery production and exports. The story should have said total plastics and rubber machinery exports were $3.14 billion in 1996, including $488 million to the United States. The correct conversion amount for 1996 is one U.S. dollar equals 1.5 German marks.
A headline on Page 16 of the Oct. 27 issue should have said that Bemis Manufacturing Co. leased a tool to Pearl River Plastics Ltd.
