ELKAY PRODUCTS INC. — The Shrewsbury, Mass., proprietary plastics processor named Sean Sweeney president and chief executive officer, effective Feb. 1. Sweeney has been with the manufacturer of disposable medical products for 20 years, most recently as vice president of international operations in Galway, Ireland. David A. Fleck, Elkay's president and CEO since October 1995, left the company in early January ``to pursue new horizons,'' said Ben Kane, Elkay's acting president. The firm is owned by CIT Group Holdings Inc. of Livingston, N.J.
NEW ENGLAND EXTRUSION INC. — The Turner Falls, Mass., extruder of monolayer and coextruded polyethylene blown film named Joe Gagne vice president of technology. Bill Brunner was named Midwest account manager, Tom Fitch was named controller and Melissa Gardiner was promoted from account manager to marketing manager.
POLY PROCESSING CO. — Monty Zorb was named named president of the Monroe, La.-based rotational molder. He had been with Poly Cal Plastics, a branch of Poly Processing, which merged with the firm in 1995. In his new position, Zorb will focus on developing new products and technologies. Poly Processing is a division of Abell Corp.
WITT PLASTICS INC. — The custom manufacturer of plastic sheet and roll stock named Cem M. Gokcen director of operations and Gregg W. Eggert human resource manager for its Greenville, Ohio, plant. Lisa K. Owen was named regional sales manager and will be headquartered in Richmond, Va.
