EXPANDED POLYSTYRENE MOLDERS ASSOCIATION — The Chicago-based group named Betsy de Campos executive director. EPSMA also announced a shared management plan with the Alliance of Foam Packaging Recyclers. Both groups will maintain their autonomy concerning program implementation and organizational focus. Each group will be financially independent and separately incorporated. De Campos will divide her responsibilities as executive director of both EPSMA and AFPR by coordinating the industry goals for both groups.

JANNOCK LTD. —Norman Johnston was named president of the firm's Pittsburgh-based vinyl group. Before joining Jannock, he was president and chief executive officer of Solvay Automotive Group. Johnston succeeds Michael A. Risso, who left the company to pursue other interests. The Toronto-based company manufactures and distributes building products for North American construction markets.

Sommer was named vice president of polymers research for the polymers division of engineering resins supplier BAYER CORP. of Pittsburgh. He succeeds H. Georg Schmelzer, who retired. ...
