INNOTECH INDUSTRIES INC. — The Elyria, Ohio-based compression molder named Jesse Downhour president, John Peshek vice president of operations and Diana Miglets secretary and treasurer.
LAMSON & SESSIONS CO. — The Cleveland firm named Robert Moyer a corporate vice president, Donald Gutierrez vice president of its Carlon unit, and Norman Sutterer vice president of Lamson Home Products. Moyer also will continue as vice president of supply chain management. Lamson & Sessions produces thermoplastic enclosures, fittings, conduit and pipe, and wiring devices.
