He had been general manager of Mattel Toy Co. Tim Henion was named quality assurance manager. He had been senior quality assurance engineer at Arkay Tech Center in Detroit. Michael Crow was named human resources manager, and Lee Green was named human resources assistant.
AXXICON GROUP — Jeroen Jonker was named managing director of the Dutch firm's injection molding business, Axxicon Components Vianen BV in Vianen, Netherlands. He had been Axxicon's marketing manager.
BERKLEY INDUSTRIES — Steve Milburn was named design and tooling manager of the La Mirada, Calif., thermoformer.
BROOKDALE PLASTICS INC. — Darrin Stuhr was named a project manager of the Plymouth, Minn.-based firm, which specializes in custom thermoforming, packaging and assembly.
CALMAR INC. — Chris Foster was named manager of the direct sales center for the City of Industry, Calif., dispensing system manufacturer.
GUNDLE/SLT ENVIRONMENTAL INC. — Samir Badawi, chairman of the Houston manufacturer of geosynthetic liners, was named acting president and chief executive officer following the resignation of William Reid. The board currently is selecting a successor. Roger Klatt, senior vice president and chief financial officer, was named executive vice president.
