William Haines senior vice president of sales and marketing for its Foam Products unit. He assumes this newly created position after serving as senior adviser to Foamex's chief executive officer.

SIMONTON WINDOWS — The Parkersburg, W.Va., fabricator of vinyl replacement and new-construction windows named John Brunett president, Samuel Ross II chairman and chief executive officer, Dave Jagdmann national sales manager, and Dennis Sellers executive vice president of sales. Brunett succeeds Charlene Crooks, who accepted a position with SBR Inc., Simonton's parent company.
