The firm employs 40 at a 50,000-square-foot plant and warehouse in Kincheloe, Mich., making protective packaging for the tool and medical industries, as well as other markets.

Construction of the 46,000-square-foot facility began in June on 5.5 acres. Completion is set for December. Long-term plans call for as many as 125 workers and two 16,000-square-foot additions.
The parent firm, Rose Plastic GmbH, has headquarters and a plant in Hergensweiler, Germany, and warehouses in England and France. It employs 250.
