WARWICK, R.I. — The Rhode Island Plastics Summit will be held in Warwick on Sept. 23. at the Community College of Rhode Island.
Workshop topics are market expansion; operations and regulations for doing business in Rhode Island; work force development; and industry promotion and state relations.
Area business and government leaders, plastics manufacturers, educators and others will discuss the future of plastics in Rhode Island.
The summit is the joint effort of the Rhode Island Plastics Partnership Council Inc., the Society of Plastics Engineers and the State Government Affairs division of the Society of the Plastics Industry Inc. and the American Plastics Council.
The cost is $35 per person.
