DONNELLY CORP. — The Holland, Mich.-based automotive supplier named Jeffrey Wincel vice president of corporate procurement and materials. Wincel previously was with Donnelly from May 1996 to October 1997, starting as director of corporate materials and then being named vice president of corporate materials. He rejoins the firm from TRW.
POLYPIPE PLC — The Doncaster, England, building materials manufacturer named Brian Jones a group main board director. He has been managing director of Polypipe's molded garden furniture subsidiary, Oasis Leisure Products Ltd., for seven years. He will retain responsibility for the expansion of Oasis while assisting with group development. Polypipe's group marketing director, Vic Roberts, who joined the board in 1985, retired earlier this year.
UNIPLAST INDUSTRIES CO.—Gary Penna was named president of U.S. operations for the Orillia, Ontario-based manufacturer of blown, cast and coextruded films. Penna will be based in Palmer, Mass., and have responsibility for the Pierson, Turex and Midwest facilities.
