The Page 1, Feb. 1 story about ADAC Plastics Inc. acquiring a unit of Dura Automotive Systems Inc. gave the wrong size and age of the plant that houses that business. The 940,000-square-foot plant was built in the early 1960s.
A Feb. 1, Page 1 story incorrectly identified the headquarters location for Netco Extruded Plastics. The custom extrusion company is located in Hudson, Mass. Also, the firm's medical extrusion is done in a clean room in Hudson, but the rest of its extrusion is not in a clean room.
A headline and story on Page 15 of the Feb. 1 issue gave the wrong location for an Indesco International Inc. plant. The facility is in El Paso, Texas.
A story on Page 35 of the Jan. 25 issue should have said that automotive use of sheet molding compound, bulk molding compound and liquid composite molding increased by about 5 percent from the 1997 to 1998 model years.
