An OMV thermoforming line at Aristech Chemical Corp.'s tech center in Pittsburgh pops out clear, 32-ounce polypropylene deli containers. Aristech's newest com mercial effort, TI4020T, is an opaque, single-component, medi um-impact copolym er PP for ther moformed dairy applications. The lab is pushing the processing en velope further with a clear PP for shallow lids. That material is scheduled to hit the market in March. (See story Page 26.)
