The company makes rigid plastic containers and lids for the dairy and food industries. APCOM INC. — Eddie Goodwin has been named president of the Franklin, Tenn.-based manufacturer of components for storage-tank water heaters. Goodwin, who had been national sales manager, succeeds Chief Executive Officer George Fehrmann, who recently retired. Apcom is a subsidiary of water-heater manufacturer State Industries Inc.
ASK PLASTICS — The Philadelphia-based injection molder has named Kim Robinson and Tony DePrince executive vice presidents. Robinson, who had been quality assurance manager, becomes director of operations, and DePrince, who had been tooling manager, becomes director of engineering.
BURGMANN SEALS AMERICA INC. — The Houston-based mechanical seals manufacturer has named Thomas Haan president. He had been group vice president of Flowserve Corp. and president of its fluid sealing division.
COLLINS & AIKMAN CORP. — The Troy, Mich.-based automotive supplier has named Louis Gasperut chief operating officer for the Plastic Interior Components group of its North American Interior Systems division.

GKN WESTLAND AEROSPACE INC. — The Wallingford, Conn.-based manufacturer of automotive and aerospace components has named Anthony Cacace chief executive officer of its composites division in Tallassee, Ala. The company is a division of GKN plc of London.
