DYNA-PLAST INC. — The Minneapolis-based injection molder has named Raymond Schenk president. He had been regional sales manager for Juno Inc. in Plymouth, Minn.
FREE-FLOW PACKAGING INTERNATIONAL INC. — James Blair has joined the Redwood City, Calif.-based protective packaging producer as plant manager of its new 148,000-square-foot plant nearing completion in Hopkinsville, Ky. The plant will produce Cushion-Lite extruded low density polyethylene film and Flo-Pak Cell-O high density PE film. Blair had been vice president of manufacturing and plant manager with Tray-Pak Corp. in Reading, Pa.
GI PLASTEK — The Newburyport, Mass.-based injection and reaction injection molder has named Wes Ryan a project engineer in Marysville, Ohio.
GRAHAM PACKAGING CO. LP — Roger Prevot has been named president and chief operating officer of the York, Pa.-based packaging manufacturer. He succeeds Chief Executive Officer Philip Yates, who had been both CEO and president. Yates will focus on long-term goals, while Prevot will head up day-to-day operations. John Buttermore, vice president of market development for the Food and Beverage business unit, will succeed Prevot as its general manager.
OWENS CORNING — The Toledo, Ohio-based company has named Jean-Francois Santicoli president of its European Building Materials business. His duties include leading the new joint venture for building materials in Europe with Switzerland-based Alcopor Group. Santicoli has been serving as president of the company's Engineered Pipe Systems subsidiary. He will continue to lead that business until a successor is named. He succeeds Carl Hedlund, who had been president of Building Materials International, and now will lead the transition of the European Building Materials business to the joint venture.
REUSABLE PALLET & CONTAINER COALITION — The Washington-based association has named Michael McCartney to its board of directors. McCartney is vice president of marketing for Container and Pallet Services, a San Francisco-based provider of returnable plastic containers, totes and pallets. Founded in 1998, the RPCC is a nonprofit group representing pooled and reusable pallet and container companies in North America.
