BESPAK INC. — The Cary, N.C.-based drug delivery device manufacturer has named Thomas Addison vice president of human resources and organizational development. He had been global operations manager for DuPont Dow Elastomers.
COLLINS & AIKMAN CORP. — The Troy, Mich.-based company's Automotive Interior Systems Division has named Millard King Jr. chief operating officer of U.S. Carpet and Acoustics and Accessory Mats. He had been the division's senior vice president of operations. Hal Rogers has been named vice president of operations for U.S. Carpet Fabrication. He had been director of manufacturing for Collins & Aikman's plant in Greenville, S.C.
HEYWOOD WILLIAMS GROUP PLC — Michael Broadhead has resigned as chief executive of the Huddersfield, England-based profile extruder and building products group after 25 years with the company. This follows the resignation of finance director Terence Martin. Heywood Williams Chairman Hamish Bryce has assumed the role of acting chief executive until a replacement is found for Broadhead, while Laurence Campbell has taken over as finance director.
RICHCO INC. — The Chicago-based molder and extruder of plastic components has named Rick Streicher president. He had been vice president of Sealing Systems, Visibility and Systems Protection Products for Federal-Mogul Corp.
TI GROUP PLC — James Roe, a director and former head of strategic development at the London-based automotive and specialty industrial polymer products company, has retired after 21 years at TI.
THOMPSON PLASTICS (HULL) LTD. — The industrial, agricultural, specialty and off-road vehicle component molder, based in Hull, England, has announced three senior appointments: Steve Parkinson, has been named group director responsible for Thompson's Hull-based vehicle industry division, which supplies exterior parts for agricultural and off-road vehicles. John Watkins joins the board as group technical director, responsible for process and product development. Bill McKeown, former head of Thompson's touring caravan division, has become director and general manager of the group's automotive polyurethane foam and moldings subsidiary, Borderfoam Ltd. of Ludlow, England.
