B&P Process Equipment and Systems LLC (Booth N7126): CT co-rotating, intermeshing twin-screw extruder, which is modeled after the industry standard ZSK extruder. Also, CK continuous kneader series of co-rotating and reciprocating-screw extruders in new smaller sizes.
Black Clawson Converting Machinery LLC (Booth N6462): MicroLayer Feedblock, which allows converters to make as many as 100 ultrathin layers, achieving the properties of more expensive films but using less resin. Also, ROI II die, and the patented automatic knife adjusting system.
In addition, Black Clawson will exhibit a three-layer blown film line manufactured by Sao Paulo, Brazil-based Rulli-Standard Ind£stria e Comercio de Maquinas Ltd.
Cool Polymers Inc. (Booth N8361): Proprietary polymer composite touted as a high-performance alternative to nonthermally conductive plastics now used in heat-sensitive locations. The injection moldable polymer is 100-500 times more conductive than standard plastics, making it suitable to replace metal parts in electronic, medical, automotive, lighting and industrial applications.
Dicer Corp. (Booth N7073): WebPro 800 dicer, a quick-change, low-maintenance dicer for custom compounders and masterbatch producers. The unit processes 50-800 pounds per hour of rigid or flexible material with a durometer as low as 45 Shore A. Typical materials include PVC, ABS, polyurethane, polypropylene or nylon.
Dri-Air Industries Inc. (Booth N7162): Material-handling equipment, including dryers and loaders, for cell manufacturing.
Eriez Magnetics (Booth E13806): Magnetic metal separators, including two E-Z Tec metal detector systems, and a VMC vibratory conveyor with integral metal detector.
Glassflake Ltd. (Booth E14659): New glass flake, plus the results of research on how the material can increase heat distortion temperature and creep resistance, improve dimensional stability and compressive strength while also imparting better isotropic properties and improved wear and abrasion resistance.

Integral Vision (Booth E14641): InteliCheck vision software, for on-line inspection for the print and packaging industries. Equipment uses personal- computer-based video camera technology at speeds of more than 1,200 units per minute.
IQMS (Booth S319): Introducing the IQWin32 Enterprise System, version 3.0. The integrated business and plant management system was designed for the plastics industry, and includes IQWebDirect Web-enabled customer self-service, IQCRM Customer Relationship Manager, FRx Financial Report Writer, IQForecast, IQEIS Executive Information System and IQAlert instant e-mail messaging.
Macro Engineering & Technology Inc. (Booth E10522): Simplified rear screw extraction Macroplast extruder. Operators can extract the screw from the rear of the machine, reducing downtime and simplifying line start-up.
Nilit Ltd. (Booth E13905): Polynil P-50FI, a nylon 6/6 molding grade capable of handling the faster cycle times of small, multicavity molds. Also Polynil P-230PI and Polynil P-230C, two nylon 6/6 grades for the blown film industry designed for better processing and nonstick production.
One on One Computer Services Inc. (Booth E14638): Tori manufacturing software, and RIMMS recycled inventory and material management software.
P.E.T. Terra Systems (Booth N5994): Exhibiting at the Topwave International Inc. booth, a new company formed in April by the merger of P.E.T. Systems Inc. and Terra Firma International. The company touts the combination for putting together the facility engineering expertise of the former company with the statistical process capabilities of the latter firm.
Plast-Control Inc. (Booth N5979): Extrusion automation systems, including gravimetric control and dosing for on-the-throat blending. Also Pro-Con thickness control for blown film extrusion.
Plastics & Computer Inc. (Booth N5426): Exhibiting at the Mold-Masters Ltd. booth, Plastics & Computer will showcase its TMconcept process simulation software.
R.E. Promotion Services Ltd. (Booth N8305): Reps is sharing exhibit space with its U.S. sales agent, Injection Molding Industries. Reps will feature its patented PCC8 pulsed cooling controller, which the firm claims will allow more processors to take advantage of pulsed cooling technology.
Also, CTC8 cyclical mold temperature control, capable of handling eight zones of closed-loop cooling control, four zones of proportional cooling and four zones of background heating. Plus, MTA valves that will not block up with contaminated or dirty water.
Theller Engineering (Booth E14029): Portable new mini tensile tester with a dust-tight hood, a compact quality-control machine used to test heat-seal strength.
Trekk Equipment Group (Booth S183): WB500 equipment for decorating 5- or 10-gallon water bottles. Also introducing its Web site, www.trekkequip ment.com.
Trex Co. LLC (Booth N9034): Buyer of scrap polyethylene and manufacturer of dimensional lumber made from wood and PE.
