Located at 57th Street and Lake Shore Drive, the Museum of Science and Industry is Chicago's original hands-on museum. It houses such exhibits as a British Spitfire WWII fighter plane and a 20-foot-tall walk-through human heart. New to the museum is the Michael Jordan Omnimax film and exhibit. Open daily, hours are from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
