Chuck Schiele presides over a worldwide custom injection molding company that includes 29 plants in six countries, more than 700 molding machines, six mold-making facilities and five design centers.
Schiele, 58, has been president of Knoxville, Tenn.-based Moll since March 1998 and has an extensive background in international business.
Prior to joining Moll, Schiele was executive vice president of Alcoa's Closure Systems International division, a global packaging company with 24 facilities in 18 countries and sales approaching $1 billion. He had direct responsibility for Europe and the Middle East.
Earlier, he was president of HC Industries, an Alcoa subsidiary that sells plastics closures to a wide range of customers in the food, beverage, motor oil and pharmaceutical markets.
In a career with Alcoa than spanned 29 years, Schiele held various other management positions, including regional manager for South America and general manager of the advanced closures division.
Schiele is fluent in several languages.
He is married and has two children.
