Got gas in your mold cavity? C.A.E. Services Corp. wants to help. C.A.E.'s Mold-Vac System 4000 eliminates air and gas that can become trapped inside mold cavities during the injection phase, causing burned parts, voids and short shots, flash and mold problems. The unit weighs just 40 pounds. It can be mounted directly on an injection press or moved around for use on several presses. Mold Vac also is equipped with a Blowback Control feature that cleans and purges vented ejector and core pins after each cycle. That reduces mold maintenance and improves part ejection, according to C.A.E. of Batavia, Ill. Tel. (630) 761-9898, fax (630) 761-9391, e-mail [email protected]
