Dynisco Instruments said its CPC832 cavity-pressure controller for injection molding can monitor two channels of pressure in mold cavities, or one pressure in the mold and the hydraulic pressure.
The menu-driven, touch-screen control is easy to use, said Dynisco Instruments of Franklin, Mass. The machine operator gets a graphic profile of each shot, superimposed over a profile of a good part.
The operator also can plug in threshold settings so the machine automatically rejects parts that are under filled or over filled.
