LINCOLN, R.I. — James Feeney, president and treasurer of Windmoeller & Hoelscher Corp., will retire March 21. He will be succeeded as president by Hans Deamer.
Deamer has been with the firm 21 years and currently is senior vice president. The company also announced that Andrew Wheeler, sales manager of extrusion systems for 13 years, will be promoted to vice president of sales.
Feeney has been president of the firm since it was founded in 1977 as the U.S. subsidiary of Windmoller & Holscher of Lengerich, Germany. He is a past chairman of the Packaging Machinery Manufacturers Institute and was a board member of the Flexographic Technical Association and Flexible Packaging Association.
W&H Corp. of Lincoln supplies flexographic printing presses, multiwall equipment and blown film extrusion lines for the flexible packaging industry.
