ROSELLE, ILL. - Plastics machinery veterans Lou Zavala and Will Dale have formed a new sales firm, Process Solutions Group, in Roselle.
The firm has been named as the exclusive sales agency for Van Dorn Demag Corp.'s Van Dorn and Newbury injection presses; Sterling Inc.'s lines of Sterlco, Sterltech and Ball & Jewell auxiliary machines; and Motan conveying and drying systems. The territory covers Northern Illinois, Wisconsin and parts of Northwestern Indiana.
Process Solutions also represents New Castle Industries' screws, barrels and rebuilding services.
The firm has opened a 6,000-square-foot technical center to display machines.
A native of Chicago, Zavala has more than 25 years of industry experience. Most recently, he was vice president of engineering and marketing at auxiliary equipment maker AEC Inc. in Wood Dale, Ill.
Dale brings more than 20 years of experience. He joins Process Solutions while remaining vice president of Nuco Mechanical Inc., an equipment installation firm he runs in Roselle with his father, Bryant Dale. Before forming Nuco, Will Dale was a foreman and supervisor of AEC's installation operations.
Also joining Process Solutions is Ben Schepp, a long-time exclusive sales agent at Van Dorn Demag, and Joe Fitzgerald, who has held several positions with AEC.
