Macadam previously served as executive vice president of the pulp and paperboard division of Georgia-Pacific Corp. He succeeds William Estes, who resigned.
GRAFCO PET PACKAGING TECHNOLOGIES CORP. - The Hanover, Md., supplier of custom private-label PET packaging products named John Guthrie vice president of finance. Most recently Guthrie was the national markets manager for risk programs in the health industry with Zurich Financial.
HANCOR INC. - Steve Anderson was named president and chief executive officer of the Findlay, Ohio-based extruder of plastic drainage and water pipe for commercial, residential, construction and agricultural markets. Anderson served as interim president in 1998-99.
LITTLEFORD BROS. INC. - The Florence, Ky., company's former vice president of sales Charles Eha died from complications of Alzheimer's disease. Eha, known as Jerry, was 70 years old. He began his 34-year career with Littleford in 1956 and helped move the company into plastics. In 1991 he became vice chairman and member of the Society of the Plastics Industry's executive committee, and he was elected chairman of NPE '94.
