Jeff Rose is responsible for research as well as advanced product and materials development for all of Collins & Aikman's global technology operations. The Troy, Mich.-based automotive supplier, with 25,000 employees and more than 120 locations in 15 countries, ranks as North America's largest injection molder, with annual plastic product sales of $1.6 billion.
Rose is a 20-year industry veteran who has served in progressively responsible technology management positions with Textron Inc.'s automotive trim unit, the most recent being vice president of technology. Prior to TAC-Trim, Rose worked as Toyota Motor Co.'s general manager of interior engineering at its Toyota Technical Center in Ann Arbor, Mich.
He holds a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
