Tom Blaige heads Lincoln Partners' plastics, packaging and building products practice, specializing in middle-market plastics industry transactions. He has 18 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, buyouts and restructurings. Prior to joining the 6-year-old Lincoln Partners in Chicago, he worked as a managing director in Minneapolis and Chicago with Goldsmith Agio Helms & Lynner LLC, as an investment banker with a unit of Salomon Smith Barney, and as a private equity and debt investor with Prudential Capital Corp. in Chicago. During this latter period, Blaige also successfully merged his family's high-technology business into a large public company.
Blaige received his bachelor's degree in business administration from Loyola University of Chicago and in 1988 earned his master´s of management degree in accounting and finance from Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
