NPE is one of the few global events where you can see blow molding equipment running at a trade show. The following companies will introduce products for making bottles or industrial parts at the show.
ADS SA (Booth N5794): New PET stretch blow molding machine that runs 1,000-8,000 bottles per hour. A blow molding machine producing 3,200 bottles per hour in two cavities will blow bottles on demand.
Angel Products (Booth N4369): Containers for pharmaceutical, cosmetic and veterinary applications; PET preforms, caps and closures; and stretch blowing machines for PET bottles.
Aoki Technical Laboratory Inc. (Booth E9933): Three-station, single-stage injection stretch blow molding machines and commercial bottles.
Automa SpA (Booth S677): New, higher-cavitation blow molding machine; continuous extrusion and injection stretch blow molding machines.
Bekum America Corp. (Booth S1849): Two high-output, double-station machines for the production of smaller bottles and some larger parts; fully automatic, single-station machine with hydraulic trimming and upright container discharge.
BMPS Blow Moulding Parts & Systems (Booth S876): Spin trimmer for blow molded bottles and 100-point parison programmer for blow molding machines.
Davis-Standard Corp. (Booth N5107): New spiral diverter technology installed on 30-pound Sterling accumulator head. Diverter design provides optimal parison-wall distribution by balancing delivery of material around head. Overlapping spiral geometry minimizes temperature and flow variations and eliminates knit lines. Accumulator head also features increased tooling capability and solid bronze push-out plunger for low material bleed-off.
Jomar Corp. (Booth N5566): Two injection blow molding machines, including one with horizontal plastifier; extrusion blow molding machine suited for two-layer cosmetic bottles.
Krones Inc. (Booth E9525): Contiform H advanced heat-set PET bottle blow molding machine.
Magic North America (Booth N5171): All-electric extrusion blow molding machine offering energy savings over hydraulic machines.
Mauser Packaging Ltd. (Booth N4119): Multiilayer blow molding technology, including plastic drums, machines and plastics packaging.
Ossberger GmbH + Co. (Booth S2855): Upgrade of Pressblower injection blow molding machine for production of constant velocity joint boots, rack and pinion boots and shock absorber bellows.
SIG Group (Booth S1615): High-output Blomax 20-series stretch molding system to produce a half-liter water bottle; BlowPac extrusion blow molding machines with advanced software allowing remote access to machine controls; suction blow molding machine with sequential coextrusion system.
Sipa SpA (Booth E9946): One- and two-step packaging-container manufacturing systems for injection and blow molds and for use with hot runners.
