BRITISH VITA PLC - Roy Dobson, executive director of the plastics sheet, foam and compounding group in Manchester, England, for the past four years, has retired. He worked in various posts for the company for a total of 29 years. Also, Vita nonexecutive Director Richard Scholes retired from the board in April after 10 years in that position.

HPM DIVISION - The Mount Gilead, Ohio, machinery making unit of Taylor's Industrial Services LLC named Dean Francis vice president of global development.
