CHICAGO (July 22, 1:35 p.m. EDT) — Riverdale Color Manufacturing Inc. has opened a warehouse in Monterrey, Mexico, as part of an expansion in Latin America.
Riverdale said that this summer it began storing liquid colorants at the 4,000-square-foot facility in Monterrey. At NPE 2003 in Chicago, it also announced it has opened offices in Guatemala City; Bogota, Colombia; Guaynabo, Puerto Rico; and San Diego. The last site will supply parts of the United States and Mexico.
President Chuck Irish said Riverdale's customer base is growing rapidly. Last year, the Perth Amboy, N.J., firm introduced its Pump-in-a-Drum metering system, designed to simplify the use of liquid colorants.
