Imtec Group of Chasseneuil, France, purchased the plant in Saint Aubin d'Arquenay for an undisclosed amount. The sale is to be completed by Oct. 1. The plant employs 46 and molds electronic components.
Imtec does injection molding, overmolding and metal stamping.
It already owns seven manufacturing sites with 150 presses. It had sales last year of $85.5 million.
