Jim Hill is the managing partner of the 130-attorney, Cleveland-based law firm Benesch, Friedlander, Coplan & Aronoff and a member of its Polymer Industry Team. His law practice focuses on publicly and privately held, mid-market growth companies. He also represents lenders, mezzanine finance providers and equity participants and handles mergers and acquisitions, equity offerings and private offerings of debt and venture capital.
Hill received his bachelor of arts degree with highest honors from the University of Iowa in 1975. He earned his law degree from Yale University three years later, and also attended the London School of Economics in England.
