CARGILL DOW LLC - Kathleen Bader was named chairman, president and chief executive officer of the biodegradable polymer producer in Minnetonka, Minn.

FEDERATION DE LA PLASTURGIE - Jean-Paul Lesage, vice president of Akron, Ohio-based diversified manufacturer Myers Industries Inc., was elected president of the French plastics federation of Paris.
