COOK COMPOSITES AND POLYMERS CO. - The Kansas City, Mo., maker of polyester gel coats and coating resins named Del Wilkinson senior vice president, effective April 1. Paul Colonna will replace Wilkinson as vice president of the firm's composites group.
DS SMITH PLC - The London plastics and paperboard packaging group named Jean-Paul Loison executive director. Loison had been chief executive officer of Smith's Kaysersberg Packaging division since 1993.
FEINTOOL INTERNATIONAL HOLDING - The insert molder based in Lyss, Switzerland, named Ralph Hardt president of its U.S. operations. Richard Surico was named chairman. Johannes Schmid, head of Feintool Automation, will resign at the end of July.
IMI PLC - Barry Pointon, a director with the Birmingham, England, company, has retired. Chief Executive Martin Lamb will take over his responsibilities. IMI named Wayne Whitney and David Nicholas executive directors. Whitney is president of the retail dispenser division. Nicholas is managing director of Tyco Flow Control Europe.
KELLER PRODUCTS INC. - The profile extruder in Manchester, N.H., named John Hudson chief operating officer, replacing Dick Steinberg, who retired.
LEGO CO. - Senior Vice President S¢ren Torp Laursen, who headed markets in the north and east regions of Europe, was named president of Lego Americas. He replaces the interim head, senior Vice President Stig Toftgaard, who remains responsible for operations. Senior Vice President Mads Ryder takes over Laursen's former duties while retaining responsibility for Legoland Parks. Lego is based in Billund, Denmark.
MARLAND MOLD INC. - Donald Madison, former president of the toolmaker based in Pittsfield, Mass., was named chairman. Kleber Salazar was named sales and marketing systems analyst.
