Harold Holz, who was inducted into the Plastics Hall of Fame in 2000, is retiring after more than 57 years in the industry.
Holz spent the past 18 years as a consultant to Marval Industries Inc., a compounder and plastics distributor in Mamaroneck, N.Y. He started his sales career at Union Carbide Corp. in 1947.
He has been active in volunteer association activities and served as president of the Society of Plastics Engineers. He will remain a board member of the Plastics Pioneer Association, the National Plastics Center and the Plastics Academy.
