A partner at Benesch Friedlander (www.bfca.com), Megan Mehalko serves as co-chair of the Cleveland law firm's Polymer Law Group and is a member of its China Group. She focuses her practice on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, strategic alliances, joint ventures, general business counseling, and distressed/insolvent company acquisitions and restructurings. She also has significant experience representing companies in the plastics industry, and in advising on corporate-governance and securities-law issues.
Mehalko earned a bachelor of arts degree from Bucknell University in Lewisburg, Pa., and a juris doctor (J.D.) degree from Cleveland's Case Western Reserve University.
