Arburg GmbH + Co. KG said its “Eco” version of the Allrounder injection press stands for an economical price combined with technical features designed for molding large volumes of standard parts.
The Allrounder 630 S Eco has slightly lower specifications than the 630 S. Features include manual mold-height adjustment and an energy-saving, twin-circuit pump.
For energy savings, a low-power connection value and minimal cooling-water consumption, plus the low price, make the Allrounder 630 Eco a cost-effective alternative, according to the company.
The injection molding machine has a clamping force of 275 tons. Each of the two available press sizes comes with the choice of three screw diameters.
Arburg of Lossburg, Germany, said the Allrounder has a modular design adapted from the higher-performance versions of the S machine series.
Arburg's U.S. operation, Arburg Inc., is in Newington, Conn.
