Banta Corp. sold Banta Healthcare Group Ltd. of Neenah to Fidelity Capital Investors Inc. for $67 million.
The company also has sold the health-care division's Rialto, Calif., distribution center for $7 million.
Banta said in a news release it intends to use the money to repurchase common stock, and plans to focus on its printing and supply-chain management services.
Fidelity has rebranded Banta Healthcare as Tidi Products LLC.
``The only change of substance has been the signs on the front of the building, and we're in the process of rebranding our products,'' said Tidi President Kevin McNamara.
Fidelity has taken a hands-off approach to ownership, thus far, McNamara added. ``Fidelity is not an operator. They're an owner.''
The company had 2004 sales of $6 million.
Tidi still inhabits the 270,000-square-foot Neenah site and did not shift its workforce or management, McNamara said. It also continues to use the Rialto warehouse, leasing it from the California real estate investment company that acquired it.
