MISSISSAUGA, ONTARIO (May 8, 2:20 p.m. EDT) — Blow molding auxiliaries supplier Proco Machinery Inc. (Booth S785) has expanded its production capacity with its recent move to a bigger facility in Mississauga.
A jump in demand for its products prompted Proco to relocate from a 15,000-square-foot building to a 50,000-square-foot plant, said Ralib Fakim, director of sales and marketing. Sales have been strong for the firm's Robopik patented take-out systems and Pneutrim deflashing machines, Fakim said. Blow molders also are showing more interest in automated packaging machinery such as the firm's Robopak and palletizing systems.
Proco, in business for about 20 years, also makes other takeout systems, leak detectors, flame treaters, spout inserters and collating systems.
