Charles Lusk, 72, a longtime technical representative in the composites industry, died May 11 at home in Monticello following a long battle with cancer.
A U.S. Marine Corps veteran of the Korean conflict, Lusk joined Axel Plastics Research Laboratories Inc. in Woodside, N.Y., in 1981 as a sales representative, providing product training and support for mold-release products.
Retiring in 2002, Lusk had contributed significantly to the product design and development process during his career, co-workers said. He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Edie Pabon Lusk.
