Wellington processor Dynathene Plastics Ltd. is for sale.
The firm, which specializes in flexible plastic packaging, went into receivership May 31.
David Ruscoe, of Wellington-based receiver Grant Thornton New Zealand Ltd., said the company employed 15, had offices in the New Zealand cities of Wellington, Auckland and Christchurch, and clients in several industries.
He would not say how much the business is worth or name its major clients. Ruscoe would not say why the business went into receivership, but said it is being sold as a going concern.
Dynathene makes polyethylene bags and sheeting for industrial and commercial applications.
The business includes seven converting machines and four extruders.
